It’s sometimes hard to realize how intelligent and capable dogs in movies can be. They appear to think like humans and know just what to do in a crisis.
Dogs are intelligent animals, and their heroic actions in movies have occurred in real life. Videos and stories about all their good deeds are definitely more widely available, thanks to the internet. Just like this sharp canine from Cebu, Philippines.
On December 24, 2020, at about noon, a man named Junrell Fuentes Revilla was riding his motorcycle near a dumpsite when he noticed a dog barking hysterically. Junrell was driving slowly because the road was rocky. The dog then began to follow him, but not in a hostile manner.
Junrell was intrigued by this. The dog was behaving strangely, as if he expected the man to follow him. And that is exactly what he did.
Junrell was taken by surprise when he found and discovered a little baby wrapped in a towel in the dumpsite after he followed the dog. He then called the cops right away to take care of the situation.
The baby was taken into custody by the authorities when they arrived on the scene. The baby was most likely born recently because the umbilical cord was still attached to it. If no one intervened, the baby would most likely have died.
The baby was taken by social workers under their care, and the situation is currently being investigated by the police.
People praised the dog’s bravery, and various animal protection organizations wanted to honor him. The dog named Blacky turned out not to be a stray. He and 10 other dogs live in a household near the dumpsite.
The caring family adopted them all and takes care of their basic needs. They don’t have extra resources for the dogs, according to one of the family members, but they still manage to take really good care of them and then feed them on a regular basis.
Pawssion Project, an animal welfare organization, wanted to honor Blacky’s good deed by raising funds to provide the dog and its fur siblings with food and supplies. Their owners were also given groceries and money.
