Dogs are certainly man’s best friend, but we ignore the fact that they can also be a kid’s best buddy. Many of us would agree that having a dog as a child made our childhoods more memorable. We could rely on a fur companion, who can also defend us should the need arise.
There are likely tens of thousands of videos and articles online of dogs rescuing and protecting youngsters. Occasionally, they even save children from certain death. But the situation shown in this viral video is not that dire. It’s just an angry mother trying to correct her daughter.
Ms. Sun, the woman who filmed the video, got angry because she discovered that half of her newly purchased face cream had already been used. It was discovered that her daughter had opened the product and applied it to one of her toys, perhaps thinking that it was the proper way to use it.
When Ms. Sun began reprimanding her toddler, their dog, Harry Potter, intervened.
Harry protected the distraught young girl. The adorable five-year-old dog comforted his human sister by putting his paws around her. Even the irate Ms. Sun could not help but be moved by the dog’s affectionate embrace. Therefore, she decided to record what was happening and shared the video online.
Harry stood between Ms. Sun and her kid at one point in the video and began growling at their mother. Ms. Sun added that she was not concerned that their dog would harm her, as this is not the first time Harry had acted this way. It turns out that Harry is always the hero whenever the young girl gets reprimanded.
Ms. Sun attempted to show that she was still angry so that her daughter would learn a lesson, but the truth is, she really wanted to laugh already because she found Harry’s antics to be too amusing.
Well done, Harry, for defending your sister.
