Love Furry Friends Animal Rescue was notified of a pregnant stray dog that gave birth inside an empty house. Immediately, its founder, Olena Pyanov, headed out to rescue the dogs. She knew that their condition wasn’t ideal, but she didn’t expect it to be incredibly appalling.
As it turned out, the homeless dog didn’t simply give birth inside the abandoned house. Out of the several rooms, there were, she chose the old toilet, filled with debris. And that’s where she raised her babies.
There was a total of eight puppies, but three of them were way bigger than the rest. They also looked a lot more different. Most probably, they came from a different litter and someone came and left them there.
The environment was awful and extremely dangerous for the puppies. At any time, they could fall into the old toilet hole. But they did not recognize the danger that surrounded them. They simply played and that’s all that mattered to them.
Quickly, Olena went to work. But the momma dog was so fearful of her that she had to ask for help. Thankfully, the locals were kind enough to lend their helping hands and walked the momma dog out of the house and into the rescue car.
Once the mom was safe, the rescuer and the neighbors placed five of the puppies inside a travel crate. Later on, Olena carried the three bigger puppies in her arms. They walked them out of the horrendous place and began their journey of healing as soon as they were all in the car.
The mom and the eight puppies all received medical care. They also enjoyed a soothing bath and were treated against parasites. Once they received their clean bills of health, they continued to the shelter until they were ready to start fresh.
Four of the puppies were first to find their new homes. The remaining four active sought their matches and eventually joined their adoptive families, too. The mom, meanwhile, was spayed, and like the little ones, she also ended up in a loving home.
